Our Service Request tracking and resolution system works most efficiently and cost effectively
when the entire process is automated.
However, please note that if you are submitting a Service Request online, you must have an email address.

Town Hall hours are from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Service requests submitted after hours will be viewed by the responsible party on the next business day.
